(Will) Weathers, Vice President and Registered Municipal Securities Representative with over 14 years experience working as Underwriter or Financial Advisor to Cities, Counties, Special Districts and Non Profits in the state of Florida. Mr. Weathers is in charge of market development for Underwriting of Tax-Exempt Bond Issues, UDSA Rural Development Issues and Leasing services from the Gainesville regional office.

At Gardnyr Michael Capital, Inc. he is involved in all types of bond and note issues includes water, sewer, electric, street paving, criminal justice facilities, community facilities, health care facilities and refunding issues.

Mr. Weathers holds a B. S. degree in Agriculture from the University of Florida.
